How are you using your resources?

Let's talk about sustainability

We sprint from time to time, to get things done like meeting a crazy deadline, traffic...or just life

But in the long run, it’s not sustainable.

Let’s take a look at how you’re using your energy everyday.

How are you tapping into your resources? Are you fuelling yourself with nourishing foods? With loving growing relationships? Are you taking care of yourself mentally, spiritually? Are you in a state of constant stress? If so, what are you doing to counter that?

We often think of self care through the physical aspect: Eating healthy, working out, face masks...

But what about your mind/spirit? Are you tuning in with your inner self to recognize your needs and desires? Sometimes cravings could mean certain nutrients are running low or it could also be anxiety, exhaustion, loneliness (etc) in disguised.

Taking care of yourself means understanding your physical and emotional needs. Using your energy, all of yourself efficiently. Knowing when to stop, when to keep going and how to adjust

The past two weeks have been a bit intense for me. From prepping for my new site launch to guiding my first yoga class.

I was happy and amped up when these things happened but also mentally and physically drained afterwards. The old me would’ve kept pushing cause “momentum”! But I can’t give from an empty tank so I quietly stepped back to recharge. Old me would’ve felt guilty for not doing anything but this time I embraced it.

Taking care of myself is as crucial as crossing off the next goal. If anything, it’s the MOST important item.

Now back at you

  • How are you feeling right now?
  • How are your energy levels?
  • How can you recharge and take care of yourself?
  • What are you craving for?
