How to work with the Gates in Human Design

During Friday’s Shifting Shadows workshop, we explored how energy moves through the Ajna, Ego, and Root centers and what happens when that energy gets stuck in the shadows. We looked at how fear, pressure, and overthinking can actually guide us back to trust — when we listen with the body instead of fighting the mind.

This was one of my most favourite workshops ever because I get to show you how I work with the gates in Human Design. By using our awareness to decipher our patterns.

Awareness helps us recognize our patterns:
When does the shadow take over?
Have we built the capacity to hold the gift?

If you’re visual like me, the images below shows a breakdown of how I work with the gates in Human Design:
Identifying Shadow 👉 Pattern 👉Shifting Energetics

We can’t change what we’re not aware of. But change also doesn’t come from forcing our way through. We need to tend to our whole body and mind’s stories.

📹 If you want to sample a glimpse of this work, watch the workshop replay here (availible for a limited time). I’m truly proud of this one 🥹

So many of you shared powerful insights afterwards, the awareness that your shadow isn’t something to fix, but an opening into deeper self-trust.

That’s exactly what we’ll keep expanding inside The 64 Gates Journey, a five-month immersion beginning November 25th that guides you to identify your patterns, coping mechanisms, and ways to shift your energy through the 64 Gates. Learn more here

Hi! I have just found this blog and I am amazed by the quality, professionalism and truth you emanate. There is a lot of information out there about Human Design, yet most of what I find is shallow or too general. It helps me on my journey towards becoming a professional Human Design analyst.
Thank you very much for your contribution! Already looking forward to reading more.
