Chloë Tudor on building a community-led business and staying in integrity

In this episode, I sit down with Chloë Tudor, a massage therapist and co-founder of For Health’s Sake — a multidisciplinary wellness clinic rooted in connection, community and holistic care.

Originally from the beautiful coastal town of Lockeport, Nova Scotia, Chloë was raised with a deep appreciation for community — a value that continues to shape the welcoming, client-centered care she provides today.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, Chloë brings a strong foundation in body mechanics and injury rehabilitation to her massage therapy practice. Her ability to assess pain patterns and listen empathetically allows her to tailor each treatment to her clients’ unique needs, offering both immediate relief and long-lasting results.

She has pursued additional training in deep tissue techniques, including fascial therapy and scar tissue release, and has worked extensively in physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics. Chloë specializes in targeted therapeutic treatments designed to restore function, relieve pain, and support the body’s natural healing process — always with a holistic and compassionate approach.

We dive into her journey of opening a business from a deep desire to create something different, something more human. From humble beginnings to now running multiple thriving locations in Ontario, Chloë shares what it takes to build a values-driven space in the wellness industry.

Together, we explore the behind-the-scenes of entrepreneurship, community care, navigating self-doubt, and listening to our gut when logic says otherwise.

In this episode we talked about:

  • Why Chloë and her co-founder started For Health’s Sake without a traditional plan

  • The importance of creating a warm, community-based healing environment

  • Learning to make hard business decisions while staying in integrity

  • How COVID shaped their pivot to virtual therapy — and why they’re keeping it

  • Trusting your gut over external approval, even when others don’t understand

  • Why healing is holistic: body, mind, nervous system, and beyond

  • Breaking free from the fear of “selling” and learning to advocate for your work

  • The beauty of aging, confidence, and honouring your own rhythms

Whether you’re a fellow wellness practitioner, a business owner, or someone seeking care that meets you holistically — this conversation is for you.
