Jenn Redden on finding clarity and the healing powers of the breath

Nov 26, 2020

I met today’s guest in a Yoga retreat in 2019. And I’ve been so inspired and fascinated by her journey ever since. Her name is Jenn Redden. She’s a respiratory-therapist-turned-Breath-coach and the founder of Orange Sky Wellness. She helps women harness the power of breath to start living a more connected life.

She spent 16 years as a respiratory therapist helping sick people breathe. After experiencing a crisis in her own life, she realized her true calling was to help other humans harness the power of their greatest resource – The BREATH to heal emotionally, find real peace, and live a more fulfilling life.

In today’s episode Jenn shares:

  • How a retreat removed the noise and helped her listen to herself
  • How she went from being in acute health care to a more holistic setting and approach
  • The healing and grounding powers of the breath
  • The importance of making space for integration to digest and heal from your breakthroughs
  • How she fills her cup everyday with meditation, breathwork and journalling
  • How she turns misadventures into opportunities
  • And she shares some amazing breathing tips
