I try to always add some leafy greens in my smoothies. Today was no exception 😉 this dragon fruit + custard apple combo is super sweet and satisfying. Makes for a pretty yummy dessert. These tropical fruits are full of vitamin c, fiber, antioxidants and potassium
One of the things I missed the most about Peru are the fresh fruits and vegetables 🤤 so much variety and flavour. Have you tried either of these fruits?
