Another quick and easy roast! This one you just chop, mix and bake. I love how tomatoes turn so sweet during the roast and the juices simply leak out 🤤
You’ll need: Brussels sprouts, cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil plus any seasoning you like
1️⃣Preheat oven to 375 F
2️⃣Wash, rinse and slice Brussels sprouts and cherry tomatoes in halves
3️⃣Mix in bowl. Add in minced garlic, olive oil and any other seasonings
4️⃣Bake for 10 minutes. Stirring often and keep checking for another 10 min. Depends on your oven it might be ready in 20 minutes if it’s golden brown. If not leave it in for a little bit more, gently stirring.
5️⃣ Remove from oven, let cool. Enjoy by itself or with some grains, as a side dish, toppings for salad, on toast…anything you want 😉
