A space for the messy, beautiful process of coming home to ourselves

Are you doing easy things the hard way?

Are you doing easy things the hard way?

Are you doing easy things the hard way?

You know the saying “hard things made easy” but how often do you do the opposite?

Clenching, flexing, stiffening when we don’t need to. Overdoing, extending yourself beyond your center? 😤

For example, one of my biggest pet peeve is slow walkers🚶🏻‍♀️. I know I know, I have sidewalk rage 😅. I’m a fast walker, there’s places to be, damnit! So when I’m behind someone who’s taking their sweet time I get annoyed. Before I know it I’m holding my breath and speeding up. I might get to places faster but I also stress myself in the process

I for one, am re-learning to walk. Exchange my need for speed to lead with ease 😉

What are some things you are doing the hard way? And how can you add more ease to it? 🧘🏻‍♀️

Here are some tips to slow down and bring mindfulness to your days
