You know the saying “hard things made easy” but how often do you do the opposite?
Clenching, flexing, stiffening when we don’t need to. Overdoing, extending yourself beyond your center? 😤
For example, one of my biggest pet peeve is slow walkers🚶🏻♀️. I know I know, I have sidewalk rage 😅. I’m a fast walker, there’s places to be, damnit! So when I’m behind someone who’s taking their sweet time I get annoyed. Before I know it I’m holding my breath and speeding up. I might get to places faster but I also stress myself in the process
I for one, am re-learning to walk. Exchange my need for speed to lead with ease 😉
What are some things you are doing the hard way? And how can you add more ease to it? 🧘🏻♀️
Here are some tips to slow down and bring mindfulness to your days
