A couple of years ago, we had ‘presentation skills’ training at work. I carefully crafted some slides on meditation but the day of, got sick so never presented these 😅 anyways 4ish years I decided to update these and share:

Meditation 101: What is meditation?

What are some common styles? And 4 easy steps to get started!

Most of the time I love movement meditation. It helps me connect and get in sync with my body. Sometimes I just close my eyes and focus on my breath. Other times walking is super calming and revitalizing. I also love @headspace App they have so many custom guided ones too.
