Together, we’ll explore how to move from anxiety and pressure into clarity and spaciousness through three centers of the body:

  • Ajna (Mind): shifting from overthinking to curiosity
  • Ego/Heart: from proving to self-trust and worthiness
  • Root: from pressure to grounded flow

You’ll be guided through simple embodiment and awareness practices designed to bring your nervous system into balance, so we can move awareness into insight into integration practices.

And if you know me, my work isn’t about bypassing the hard moments.

It’s about building the capacity to meet discomfort with curiosity and compassion, so your energy can flow instead of getting stuck.

At the end, I’ll share a glimpse into The 64 Gates Journey, my upcoming five-month experience beginning November 25th, where we work with the circuits and gates of Human Design to understand and embody these patterns more deeply.
