Stress is part of our every day. Sometimes it comes with the job. The challenge is shaking it off after 9 to 5. Did you know prolonged stress increases the risk of depression, heart disease and substance abuse? Not to mention the negative effects on productivity, team development and office culture.

My experience working in the corporate world has taught me a lot about stress management + how to treat common ailments like shoulder, neck and back pain related to a desk job. My education in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition has taught me how to empower others to nurture themselves accordingly. And my 500 hrs in Strala Yoga enables me to guide you to move well and activate your relaxation response—no biggie, it's just the key to healing!
