Easy 3 ingredient green smoothie

Super simple and easy smoothie:

  • 1 ripe banana (the riper, the sweeter!)
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (or your choice of yogurt)
  • Handful of spinach (organic best)

Blend everything together, enjoy!
