Got to spend the week of my birthday in Lagos, Portugal. The was the beginning for our Portugal trip (Lisbon, Sintra) The weather was perfect, it was the start of fall. Shorts and tank tops in the afternoon and a nice breeze at night. It wasn’t super busy or packed which was the relaxing vacation I so much needed.

This quiet little town is surrounded by beauty. The sea on one side and hills on the other. We could’ve walked for days. The houses were beautifully decorated, every door had it’s history.

There were many cliffs and beaches to walk through. It was so quiet, the perfect retreat! We stayed at two different AirBnb’s. One was in the middle of the town in an old historic house, the rooms were a bit crammed but super cheap and affordable. The second place was a bit pricey but so worth it, quiet apartment by Pinhão and Dona Ana beaches. It was beautiful, super clean and facing the ocean.
