Antioxidants Boost Juice

This juice is packed with goodness! You’re getting loads of nutrients and it’s a perfect on an empty stomach right before breakfast. Make sure your greens are organic, otherwise you’ll also be getting loads of pesticides as well.

Ingredients

  • 2 Handful of organic kale
  • 2 stalks of organic swiss chard
  • 6 stalks of organic celery
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 asian pear
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 in ginger

Juice everything together and enjoy!

This made close to 1.5 lts of juice. I have a masticating juicer which allows the juice to stay fresh for around 72 hours. If you have a centrifugal juicer it might be best to drink it in one day (share with your favourite peeps or reduce the portion if making just for yourself)
