How much do you notice?

How much do you notice?

Mar 21, 2019

If you’ve been following along for a while, you’ll know that I freakin love time lapses 😍

There’s an enchanting quality in watching time speed by. Hours become minutes, minutes frozen in seconds. To be able to see the world move, shift, transform right in front of you is truly magical

Sometimes we’re so caught up in our daily routines that we miss out on that wonder

The beauty of how every single thing is interconnected: Sun setting, skies changing colours, clouds floating in and out…even we are transforming by the millisecond. You are not the same person as the one who started to read this post 🧐.

So much of mindfulness is this: Noticing the little things throughout your day. Hitting pause and being mindful of what’s around you, how you feel, your thoughts (the good, the ones you want to avoid). Taking a breather and appreciate

Being aware can give you so much power, it’ll help you move through tough situations with more ease and clarity

That’s the key between surviving and living
